Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to fulfill a restoration order, including your name, email address, uploaded photographs, order notes, chosen restoration options, and account access activity tied to your order email.
We may also collect technical data such as browser details, IP address, device type, and page activity so we can keep the service secure, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.
How We Use It
We use your information to process orders, generate restored image options, send sign-in links, deliver previews and final files, respond to support requests, and maintain internal records of the restoration workflow.
We do not use your uploaded family photographs as public marketing material by default, and we do not treat your image library as general promotional content.
Photo Handling
Uploaded photographs and restored outputs are stored in private infrastructure used for processing and delivery. Access is intended to remain limited to the systems and people involved in fulfilling your order.
When a review preview is shown before approval, we may present a watermarked or protected version until the order is approved for final delivery.
Retention and Deletion
We retain order records, uploads, and restoration outputs for operational, customer service, and delivery continuity reasons unless a shorter retention period is required or a deletion request is approved.
If you need a file removed or want us to review a deletion request for your order, contact the studio and include the order email or order ID so we can handle the request carefully.
Security Practices
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to keep access appropriately limited and operationally controlled.
If we become aware of a material security issue affecting customer information, we will assess the impact and respond in line with our obligations and the seriousness of the event.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access corrections, updated handling instructions, or deletion review for your order data where appropriate. You can also choose whether to approve a restoration or request adjustments before final delivery.
