Service Terms
RestoredPast provides photo restoration and related delivery services for customer-submitted images. Orders may include intake, review, AI-assisted generation, internal refinement, approval previews, customer feedback, and final file delivery.
Submitting an order does not guarantee that every source image can be restored to a specific exact visual result. Final quality depends on source condition, image damage, historical detail loss, and the technical limits of the material provided.
Customer Materials
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and request restoration work for the photographs you submit. You retain ownership of your original source materials.
You should review uploads, crop choices, notes, and requested restoration direction carefully so the work can be performed against the correct image and intent.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing, add-ons, turnaround messaging, and package selections shown during checkout govern the order placed. Optional upgrades such as higher-resolution output only apply when explicitly included with the order.
Orders may remain restricted in workflow or delivery state until payment is confirmed through the service’s payment systems.
Review and Revisions
Where approval previews are part of the workflow, customers may approve a restoration or request an adjustment before final delivery is unlocked. Adjustment requests should include enough detail to guide the next review pass.
Revision availability, scope, and timing may vary depending on the package, the condition of the source image, and the practical limits of the requested changes.
Delivery and Access
Delivered files may be made available through secure account access links tied to the ordering email address, and some previews may remain protected until approval or final delivery conditions are met.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the ordering email address used for sign-in and delivery retrieval.
Refund Policy
Final delivery timing can vary depending on image condition, package selection, revision needs, and queue volume. Refund decisions, if offered, are assessed in the context of work completed, order state, and the handling already performed.
If a refund is issued, access to final deliverables may be restricted or removed in line with the order outcome.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to submit unlawful content, infringing material, or content intended to abuse, probe, or disrupt the platform. We may limit, refuse, or remove access where use appears abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the service.
We may also pause or refuse fulfillment where an order creates legal, safety, or operational concerns that require review.
Copyright Notice
Customers keep their original source image rights. Restored outputs are delivered as separate processed files tied to the restoration workflow and order access provisions.
Nothing on this page transfers ownership of your original photo to RestoredPast. You remain responsible for confirming that submitted material can legally be restored and processed.
